Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye’de sağlık alanında işe yabancılaşma kavramı ile ilgili yapılan tezlerin sistematik olarak değerlendirilmesidir. PRISMA protokolü ilkeleri kullanılarak yürütülen çalışmada 15 tez incelenmiştir. Yapılan incelemeler doğrultusunda 2013 yılından itibaren konunun lisans üstü çalışmalarda araştırılmaya başlandığı 2017 yılında en fazla yayının yapıldığı görülmüştür. Tezlerde en çok Oruç (2004)’ün ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Kurumsallaşma, performans işe yabancılaşma ile birlikte en çok çalışılan konulardır. İncelenen tezlerde sağlık çalışanlarının işe yabancılaşma düzeyleri orta ve yüksek olarak görülmektedir. Emek yoğun bir sektör olan sağlık hizmetlerinde sağlık çalışanlarının işlerini istekli ve ilgili yapması bıkkınlık ve tükenmişlikten uzak bir performans sergilemesi önemlidir. Bu nedenle sağlık alanında işe yabancılaşma kavramına yönelik yapılacak çalışmalar yöneticilere ve politika üreticilerine bilgi sunacaktır.
The aim of this research is to systematically evaluate the theses about the concept of work alienation in the field of health in Turkey. 15 theses were examined in the study, which was carried out using the principles of the PRISMA protocol. In the research, it was seen that the most publications were made in 2017, when the subject started to be researched in graduate studies since 2013. Oruç (2004)'s scale was mostly used in theses. Institutionalization, performance and work alienation are the most studied subjects. According to the results of the research, the level of work alienation of health workers in Turkey is seen as medium and high. In health services, which is a labor-intensive sector, it is important that health workers do their jobs willingly and interested, and show a performance free from boredom and burnout. For this reason, studies on the concept of work alienation in the field of health will provide information to managers and policymakers.
